With almost two decades of experience in advanced dentistry, Dr. Caroline Berman is a general dentist and a certified Premier Invisalign® Provider. She is also certified in laser dentistry and specializes in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry procedures. Dr. Berman graduated from one of the top ten schools in the U.S., the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. A lifelong learner, she believes in the importance of honing the skills she has developed so she has completed numerous continuing education programs, including a five-year post-graduate program in maxillofacial surgery in Bogotá, Columbia. As the owner of Washington Elite Dentistry, Dr. Berman is devoted to providing attentive, personalized care for adults with all kinds of cosmetic smile concerns and dental health needs.
Dr. Berman has traveled to various underdeveloped countries all over the world to provide tooth restorations and tooth replacements for older adults in need of accessible care. She has also worked as a volunteer with the Operation Smile nonprofit organization to help treat children with cleft lip and cleft palate conditions.

In a world where quality customer service has declined sharply, it is refreshing to be attended to by people who really care. The spotless office is conveniently located in downtown DC and every appointment moves quickly - but not rushed - showing the utmost respect for patients time. My Invisalign treatment and crown lengthening surgery went smoothly and I am ecstatic about the results. Dr. Berman delivered me the perfect smile I’ve wanted since adolescence. Washington Elite Dentistry is by far the most top tier dental office in the area. Over the years I’ve tried several offices and I’ve come to consider myself a tough critic. However Dr. Berman and the Washington Elite staff have continuously provided me with a level of comfort and service that is undeniable. Dr. Berman makes you feel like a star every time you sit in that chair. I’ve been completely satisfied with all the work I’ve gotten done over the years and I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen. 10/10
I had my dental work done in Serbia recently. I had a couple of issues and had to get it checked by the dentist ASAP ! Made my appointment through a friend! She highly recommended the Washington Elite Dentistry ! The front desk was able to squeeze me on the same day since it was emergency-thank you, Michelle! Dr Berman took a first look, and she was very clear about what was going on and what should be done. We did x-rays and ct scan on site. After her, Dr. Khashayar checked me as well, and he clarified situations about my implants. Any future work from now on I am doing here! Thank you

As someone who’s been a returning customer of theirs for a few years, I can say with complete confidence that WED continues to be the best of its kind! First, I’ll say that the location is convenient & easily accessible with it being right near Metro Center Station. Dr. Berman remains the best at her job, always being friendly & having a positive attitude while ensuring every procedure is completed without issues. One of their awesome staff members by the name of Marina handled my deep cleaning & is very passionate about her job. You can tell as soon as you meet her & she has this very creative way of holding you accountable for your oral hygiene that I very much like. I also have to mention Michelle, their receptionist as well. She’s very kind, knowledgeable on everything they do & will share her own personal experiences that can help ease your anxiety so when you leave, you’ll be reassured and in a much better mood than when you came in. They’re also very flexible on payment options so you don’t have to worry about paying unreasonably large amounts of money right away. To anyone who’s wants a clean, welcoming, & affordable dentistry with an overall amazing staff, I heavily encourage you to try WED!
